Pallet Coffee Table (Ranch Oak)

Details:

We made this table purely out of the 2×4’s from pallets. All of the 2×4’s were oak.

Process:

1. demo pallets
2. denail the 2×4’s
3. rip 2×4’s in half
4. plane 2 sides of the boards smooth
5. glue and clamp all of the boards to desired length and width
6. plane top and bottom of now table top
7. grind nail heads off
8. reinsert the nails into their wholes
9. build base and legs out of remaining 2×4’s (milled down to 1×2’s)
10. sand table
11. stain table
12. spray lacquer on table
