Call or email us and give us a rough idea of what you are wanting done
2. MEET AND DISCUSS
We will meet either at our office or your house and discuss the details of your ideas
3. DESIGN
Depending on the details and complexity of the project, we will either sketch the project in house or have architectural drawings made.
4. CONTRACT
After you have approved the drawings, we will all sit and discuss the contract and have you sign off on it.
5. DOWN PAYMENT
A down payment of ____% of the project will be required before beginning construction and will be held onto and unused until the build is finishing up.
6. BEGIN CONSTRUCTION
Construction begins!
7. WEEKLY PROGRESS PAYMENTS
You will be billed each Thursday for the work that has been done from the past Friday to this Thursday so that we can pay our men at the end of each Friday.
8. FINAL CHECK LIST
Towards the end of the project, we will do a walk through with you and take note of anything that we may have missed or any additions that you may have.
9. FINAL PAYMENT
After all construction is finished, you will pay the remaining costs
10. WE’RE FINISHED!
All construction is finished and all papers are signed! Now it’s time to take some pictures and enjoy your home renovations!
